SHIPPING & DELIVERY

We provide shipping service through Yurtiçi Kargo.
Delivery time is 7 – 8 business days.
All of the taxes and costs that will be incurred due to exchanges and returns shall be borne by the customer.
Shipping cost shall be borne by the customer in case of returns and exchanges. You need to send your product to the below-mentioned address for returns and exchanges:

Declara family does not assume responsibility for items lost during shipping due to return and exchange. Shipping costs which may be incurred due to return and exchange shall be borne by the customer and it cannot be claimed from Declara.

Property & Risk
The products will be your property and at your own risk once they are delivered to the delivery address that you have indicated. When will the product that I order be delivered?
When you place an order and pay by credit card, the bank approval is taken instantly and your order is processed immediately. When you make payment via bank transfer, your payment is viewed by us at the beginning of the following business day as we check our accounts and your orders are processed. We send entire information related to shipping steps to your e-mail address that is registered on our system. The products that you purchase are delivered to the shipping firm to be sent to you in the shortest time possible. Shipping firms deliver the packages to your address in regions where home delivery is possible and to the office of the shipping firm in the regions where home delivery is not possible within 5 days at most following delivery depending on your region.
Which shipping firm will deliver my package ?
Our company has a contract with Yurtiçi Kargo firm. Home delivery is not possible to military regions due to their security rules. Deliveries may get delayed due to region-based reasons that may prevent or slow down delivery from time to time.
How will I know when my order is shipped?
When the orders that you place via our website are delivered to the shipping firm, tracking information is automatically sent to your e-mail address registered on our system. When you enter our website as a member, you can view your orders in my account section and view status of your order instantly.
Will I make payment during delivery?
Extra payment is not made during delivery. Please contact us if the courier asks you to make payment.
I have received a defective product, what should I do?
When your order is delivered by courier to you, you must check the outer package for damages before receiving it and in case of any damage, you must get the courier to draw up a “Damage Report”. You should also make sure that courier explains to you what they have stated on the report. For example, if it is stated in the report that “Package is not damaged. Product is damaged.”, it will imply that product was not damaged during shipping and it will cause problem for exchange. Make sure that you definitely warn the courier about writing full and correct words in the report for your product.
(For example: The product has been checked during delivery and has been found to be defective.)
If you notice a defect after receiving your order, you must inform the shipping office immediately and request their support by asking them to write a damage report. If they do not provide you with support as required, you are kindly requested to notify us. If you get the courier to draw up the report and return the product to us, exchange operations will be conducted immediately and you will be informed.

ATTENTION: You must send the damaged product, that you receive, back to us through the same shipping firm that has delivered it to you.
My invoice has not been delivered with my order, what should I do?
All of the orders that are delivered through courier are delivered to the shipping firm based on and with the invoice. Our official invoices are integral part of your orders. Your invoice is sent to you inside a transparent plastic bag attached to the outer surface of your package. If your invoice is not delivered by the shipping firm to you inside such bag for any reason whatsoever, please warn the courier and insist that they provide you with it. Please get the courier to draw up a report if it is not delivered to you despite all your requests and inform us. We will ensure that it is found by the shipping firm as soon as possible or a copy that bears the seal “same as original” will be sent by us to you. The product that I have received is not the one I ordered?
If you contact us for exchange of a faulty product, it will be exchanged immediately.
I have not received all of the products that I ordered?
If you have placed an order for more than one product, we may send them partially. The number of products that you receive must be the same as the number of products indicated on the invoice. A separate invoice is drawn up for each partial delivery. If the products that are indicated on the invoice are not inside the package, please request the courier to draw up a report and please contact us.
What if my order cannot be delivered because the recipient is not at the address?
If the courier cannot deliver your order because the recipient is not at the address, they leave a “Cargo Notice” and return the cargo to the shipping office. In such case, the cargo must be taken by the recipient from shipping office within 3 days. Can I change the name or address of the recipient after placing my order?

If your order has not been shipped yet, you can change the name or address of recipient. The courier who come to your address will check identity card and deliver it to the person whose name you have indicated. To which cities do you ship?
We ship to all of the cities in Turkey. We do not have any city restriction in Turkey. Products can be delivered only to the regions where the shipping firm that we work with operates. As we cannot deliver to the regions where the shipping firm that we work with does not have an office, our customers may have to go to the shipping office where the package can be delivered and receive it in person from the same.
Do you ship worldwide?
Currently, we do not ship anywhere but Turkey.
